Beginning at 1st level, you can speak psychically to anyone you have met if they are within 20 feet of you. The range of this feature improves at 2nd level to 40 feet, at 6th level to 1 mile, 8th level if you're both on the same plane of existence, and has no restrictions on distance or planar existence at 17th level.
In addition, you learn the message cantrip.
Channel Divinity: The Message
You can use a your Channel Divinity to heal any creature who can hear and understand your message for 1d6 + half your cleric level (rounded up). Alternatively, you can speak a message using your Channel Divinity to deal 1d6 + half your cleric level (rounded up) psychic damage to any creature that can hear and understand you (except for yourself).
Candor
At 6th level, when you speak a truthful statement you may make it magically known to be truthful to the creature(s) that you are communicating with at will. As well, you can determine the veracity of a spoken statement by any creature not affected by the spell glibness up to thrice per long rest.
Unrestricted Passage
Starting at 8th level, you are always affected by the spell freedom of movement so long as you have at least one remaining spell slot.
Inter-Planar Hotline
Beginning at 17th level, you may communicate between planes with ease. Therefore, if a spell has a particular range or limitation on requiring the same plane of existence between targets you instead ignore that limitation. The spell must be of the Divination, Illusion, or Transmutation schools to be a valid spell for this feature.
