Out in the dark forest a necromancer practices her dark arts unseen by any person, well, to her knowledge at least. The imposing figure of the druid then casts a shadow on the scene and the necromancer’s heart jumps. She had warded the area against intrusion. Slowly her head turns to face the figure and she regrets her choice immediately seeing the monstrous form before her. All she wants to do is run but she is frozen with fear. She was never found again.
Endless Nightmare
Upon reaching 2nd level if a spell you cast would deal damage to a creature, that creature must make a Wisdom save against your spell save DC. If failed, they are inflicted with the frightened condition for one round. The creature(s) becomes immune to this effect for 24 hours after being affected by this feature.
Dealings
At 6th level, as an action, when entering into a good-faith deal with a creature you can ensure your end of the bargain by magically binding it. The target of the deal must make a Charisma save against your spell save DC or they will be bound to fulfill it or take 5d8 psychic damage to unbind themselves. Otherwise, they must fulfill their end of the bargain to unbind themselves. A creature cannot be coerced into the deal via magical means but regular Charisma skill checks may be used as relevant. This feature can be used once per long rest.
Freeze Response
After reaching 10th level if you inflict the frightened condition on a creature that creature’s movement speed is reduced to 0 for the duration of the condition.
Dreadful Surge
14th level you deal an additional 3d6 psychic damage on your spells that would hit or effect a frightened creature(s).
