Tiara of Madness

(Cursed item, requires attunement)

Mythic item

Attunement to this item requires you being able to cast at least one spell. When you put on the crown you immediately become attuned to it and know its nature as a path to madness and power. While attuned and wearing the crown you gain 3 cantrips of your choice from any spell list. You can cast these cantrips at will. Mark how many cantrips you have cast while attuned to the crown, if you hit 100 cantrips you go insane and will attack creatures and objects at random. Roll a Wisdom save against your spell save DC once every hour, if the save is failed you attack targeting the object or creature that is creating the ire of your paranoia. You do not make the check while on a long or short rest until the crown is unattended to you. If you become attuned to the crown again after going insane while wearing the crown you will immediately go insane and attack randomly again once every hour.
