A Witchy Welcome to the Neighborhood

@Jovasvision
Seal of the WHOA (Witch's Home Owner Association)
(Requires attunement, very rare)

You have the ability to create cursed fruits and gift baskets by expending 50g worth of materials and a spell slot of its appropriate level. Fruits and gift baskets appear in the same space as you upon being conjured. You make 2 fruits for a 1st level spell slot adding another fruit of your choice for every level above first except 6th level which will create a cursed fruit gift basket containing 1 fruit of each kind; 7th, 8th, and 9th will add an additional set of fruit to the basket for each spell slot up to 4 sets at 9th level. The fruits in the basket do not rot and also do not count towards a creature’s daily food intake.

Bewitched Fruit Gift Basket

(Cursed item, rare)

Contains a variety of cursed fruits. They are delicious as can be, and accepting the gift basket will prompt a DC 20 Wisdom save or you are compelled to eat a fruit at random. Roll 1d6, 1 is Orange, 2 is Apple, 3 is Kiwi, 4 is Pineapple, 5 is Banana, and 6 is Cherry. You are immune to this compulsion for 24 hours whether you have failed or succeeded in the save. The gift basket contains at least one of each fruit but can contain more fruits, but no more than 4 of each type before the curse becomes unstable and explodes dealing 1d100 force damage in a 5 ft. radius immediately.

Demon's Orange

(Cursed item, uncommon)

You can eat the orange as a bonus action. Eating this fruit grants you 100 gold. After consuming the orange you must roll a Strength save DC 24, if you fail then you lose -5 AC every subsequent round for 3 (1d6 - 1) (minimum 1) rounds the first time you would be in combat.

Witch's Apple

(Cursed item, uncommon)

You can eat the apple as a bonus action. Eating this fruit grants 20 temporary hit points. After consuming the apple you must roll a Dexterity save DC 24, if you fail then you take 2d6 poison damage every subsequent round for 3 (1d6 - 1) (minimum 1) rounds.

Giant's Kiwi

(Cursed item, uncommon)

You can eat the kiwi as a bonus action. Eating this fruit allows you to cast witch bolt* at will for 3 rounds. After consuming the kiwi you must roll a Constitution save DC 24, if you fail then you are blind and deaf every subsequent round for 3 (1d6 - 1) (minimum 1) rounds.

Dragon's Pineapple

(Cursed item, uncommon)

You can eat the pineapple as a bonus action. After eating the pineapple you can breath out a 30 ft. cone that deals 2d10 acid damage if the creatures in the cone fail a Dexterity save against your spell save DC*. After consuming the pineapple you must roll a Intelligence save DC 24, if you fail then you get disadvantage on your skill checks and saves every subsequent round for 3 (1d6 - 1) (minimum 1) rounds.

Faerie’s Banana

(Cursed item, uncommon)

You can eat the banana as a bonus action. Eating this fruit grants +6 to hit for one attack. After consuming the banana you must roll a Wisdom save DC 24, if you fail it then you are at disadvantage to hit creatures every subsequent round for 3 (1d6 - 1) (minimum 1) rounds.

Seraphim's Cherry

(Cursed item, uncommon)

You can eat the cherry as a bonus action. You gain 60 ft. fly speed and 120 ft. truesight for 1 minute. After consuming the cherry you must roll a Charisma save DC 24, if you fail then you lose all of your walking speed every subsequent round for 3 (1d6 - 1) (minimum 1) rounds and cannot use the fly speed.

*If you do not have casting or pact casting as a feature while eating this fruit, then you can use one mental stat of your choice (Intelligence, Wisdom, Charisma) and calculate it with 6 + chosen stat + half your Proficiency Bonus rounded down as your save. You can calculate your to hit for ranged spell attacks as chosen stat + 3. My justification for the lower save and to hit calculation is that martial classes will naturally have high Constitution and therefore will pass the saves to maintain concentration most effectively.

Name: Madame Morgana Darkwood

Occupation: Elder Witch and Chairperson of the WHOA

Morgana Darkwood ("That's Madame to you.") is an insane witch living in the enchanted forest with around 100 other witches. She takes her role seriously as their chairperson and is a strong illusionist and conjurer. To test the wits of any newcomers to the woods she gives them a gift basket of the cursed fruit. Any who fail the test and greedily eat the fruit ("Or are taken in by its magical lure! Hiiikikiki!") are her next targets. She’s polite at first, excusing herself or running away if the party attempts to attack her but she knows the woods well and can escape easily. She even has a countermeasure to hunter's mark! She will set up ambushes of 3 of her 'little titchie witchies' at first, being low level hags as the party goes through the forest. If they pass her test she instead will grant the party a single "Seal of WHOA". A party can pass her test in a few ways, refusing the gift basket is right out as that would be seen as rude, but being able to get her to eat a fruit from it or giving it to a person in the know of the nature of the gift basket would work. She would consider giving the gift basket to an unknowing person cheating, and thereby attack the party immediately.
